Golden Milk
Ingredients
1 cup of milk of your choice
½ teaspoon Maria’s Best Golden Milk
Honey, to taste (optional)
Instructions
Warm the milk over low heat (no need to boil).
Add Maria’s Best Golden Milk and stir well.
Sweeten with honey if desired and enjoy.
