At Maria’s Best Golden Milk, we take pride in the quality of our organic blends. Because our products are food items, we have a strict policy regarding returns to ensure the health and safety of our customers.

1. Returns on Edible Products
Due to the nature of our products (perishable goods/food supplements), we do not accept returns or exchanges on any Golden Milk blends or edible items.
For health and safety reasons, once a food product has left our facility, we cannot accept it back, even if the package remains unopened. All sales of edible products are final.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We ensure that every package is carefully inspected and wrapped before shipping. However, we understand that damages can occur during transit.
If your product arrives damaged or broken: You are eligible for a free replacement. We do not offer cash refunds for damaged items, but we will happily send you a fresh package at no additional cost.
How to claim a replacement:
Contact Us: Email us immediately at info@mariasbestgoldenmilk.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide Proof: Please include your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and the broken product.
Resolution: Once we review your claim, we will process a replacement shipment to be sent to you as soon as possible.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Maria’s Best Golden Milk is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout but are subsequently lost or stolen. However, if your tracking number shows no movement or the package is lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim or sending a replacement.
4. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@mariasbestgoldenmilk.com.
Before Shipping: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
After Shipping: Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
