All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We work hard to get your Golden Milk to your door as fast as possible.
Standard Shipping:
Estimated delivery time: 5 business days depending on your location.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions outside of our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States [Ajusta esto si envías internacionalmente]. We generally do not ship to P.O. Boxes for larger kit orders, but please check specific carrier options at checkout.
5. Damages and Lost Packages
Maria’s Best Golden Milk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for instructions on how to get a replacement.
