More than two years ago I started using turmeric in capsules, with the true intention of no longer taking drugstore anti-inflammatories because of how much damage they do to our body. Last year with so much time at home, golden milk came into my life, and I began to investigate its ingredients. To my great surprise, I found every day more and more benefits, by preparing it each day differently. It took me a long time to prepare it. Every day I prepared it, and it became a magical ritual! And in these times of technology, I started to share my photos of golden milk with my friends. Once they saw the photos, they began asking for the recipe. That's where it all started. At the end of last year, I felt that I had made the perfect organic mix with the best ingredients. Just as I was making many changes in my life, one night I asked my double quantum to guide me in what had manifested in my mind. I asked it to review all the future positive potentials regarding my new endeavor, which I was doing with a lot of love and in harmony with the world. Two days later at 9:04 PM I got the information I asked for. So, I took a pencil, a sheet paper and I sat down and drew out what was coming out of my heart and that's how Maria's Best Golden Milk was born. A perfect mix of a super food made at home with a lot of love!!!
